What are some Requirements for HUB Business Status in Texas?

The owner must be:

• A Citizen of the United States
• Able to provide proof of control of day to day business operations
• Have 1 year minumum of Texas State Residency
• The business must be primarily based in Texas with the primary place of business in Texas.
• The business must be be a for-profit entity that has not exceeded the size standard prescribed by 34 TAC §20.294.
